Fishing, swimming, diving the reefs, visiting heritage sites or walking along the Irwin River Heritage Trail are just a few attractions Dongara/Port Denison region has to offer.

Wild Flower season runs from July to October and is always popular with Coal Seam and Tathra National Park just a short drive.

As the Lobster Capital of Western Australia fresh crayfish are seasonally on the menu and fresh fish caught almost all year round.

The Blessing of the Fleet, the Lobster Festival, and the International Kite Surfing meet are some of the events Dongara and Port Denison host annually.
